Nestled in the heart of Derbyshire, we are confident our little haven will provide you with a relaxing environment to enjoy whilst exploring the many attractions the beautiful peak district has to offer. The property is ideal for couples or families with younger children (max 2 adults & 2 children up to age 13) Situated within the 1.5 acre garden of the main property, we are confident you will feel close to nature whilst enjoying the privacy of the private courtyard garden space. An additional £50 deposit is required for use of the hot tub, which will be returned on departure if fair use has been adhered to. small to medium, well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. PLEASE NOTE THE WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INSTALLED WITHIN THE PROPERTY IS A SANIFLOW MACERATOR. THIS UNIT DOES MAKE LOW LEVEL NOISE WHEN WATER PASSES THROUGH IT AND ON FLUSHING OF THE TOILET FACILITIES
