Our accommodation includes: - An air-conditioned living room with lounge area and 160 x 200 cm bed with memory foam mattress, 55-inch HD screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, hood, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) A dining table for 6 people - Bathroom with shower, single sink and toilet - A balcony to have lunch in the sun with a table and 2 chairs Also available: - Drying rack, broom, dustpan and mop - WiFi fibre internet - Bed and bath linens + bath mat and dish towel provided - A laundry room is accessible in the building for free - No parking spaces assigned to the accommodation, but 9 free spaces are available in front of the residence and 5 free spaces on the street. - A concierge service available 24/7 and in person at the reception (see schedule in front of the office) Cleaning is done before your check-in and after your check-out, but we ask that you keep our apartment in a suitable condition.
