Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. You have a dedicate work space within the bedroom. We are located at 110 Seaman Ave NY. The building is full of friendly neighbors. The room has a closet with its own secured lock outside of the room. You have 2 entrences, the main front entrance & from the back of the building. It’s close to public transportation & located just a few blocks away from the best places to have brunch/dinner. It’s a walking distance to the Inwood Hill Park. The space This room is currently furnished with a brand new bedroom set along with a new mattress. In addition, there’s a new desk and chair for your own dedicated workspace. You will share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The bedroom has a lock on the door and you will have a mini walk-in closet that is secured with a key right outside of the bedroom as well. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, which both are listed for rent. During your stay, you will have one roommate. It’s located in the 5th floor, Apt 5b Guest access The building has 2 entrances; main entrance on Seaman Ave and the 2nd entrances located towards the back of the building on Payson Ave. The apartment is located in the 5th floor. Their is an elevator. You have the potion of the stairs. There is a laundry room inside the building. We are close to the A train and a about a 6 min walk to the 1 train. 2 blocks down to Broadway and you will find access to restaurants, supermarkets, cleaners, banks, and everything you may need on a daily basis. Close to Yeshiva University and Spine Hospital. During your stay I am available at any time, a long with a co host for any questions or issues you may have. I can be reached by messaging via this app, phone, email, or text messages. Other things to note We request for the noise to be kept at a reasonable level to be respectful of our neighbors. Due to a short term stay, we request for no mail/packages to be delivered to the address. If you make the decision to do so, we are not liable for the items if lost. It will not be our responsibility.
