The apartment features a separate bedroom as well as a comfortable sleeping area in the living room and is ideal for couples or up to four people. Escape the everyday and enjoy relaxation and pleasure in our oasis! This spacious and modern loft in a quiet location in the center of Hammelburg offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The space The apartment on the 1st floor is available to you (we live on the 2nd floor). It is modernly furnished and fully equipped: fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee, coffee milk, a wide range of teas, still water, mineral water, juices, beer, pasta, butter, oil, sugar, spices, etc. just for you. In the living room you will find a pull-out king-size sofa (180 x 200 cm) with a hypoallergenic and antibacterial AquaFlex 7-zone mattress, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs with relaxation function, a 55-inch TV and a dining area. In the bedroom, a generous king-size bed with high-quality mattress and soft linens envelops you in warm, calm light, and the simple and elegant design creates a haven of reunion. FREE WiFi, bedside USB ports, standard power outlets and Alexa for added convenience The bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage bathtub where you can relax with music (via Alexa) and light and chromotherapy. There is also a shower cubicle for quick showers. Enjoy the private terrace - ideal for smoking or relaxing. On the ground floor there is a cozy lounge area with a pool table, darts, Wii console as well as canasta, karaoke and chess to spend time together - perfect for games, fun and relaxed evenings. Smoking is permitted in the lounge area and selected drinks are available free of charge as a small gift from the house. Here the day turns into a friendly competition at the professional pool table. It is the perfect escape for a couple seeking privacy or a group of up to four people who value quality. The lounge is also equipped with an automatic coffee machine, a bar and a minibar - all included. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the private terrace on the 1st floor as well as in the lounge, where you have to talk to Alexa, say vent when you smoke... Alexa will help you turn on the lights, change the environment, create a romantic atmosphere with a laser show, listen to the music you want... all the commands can be found on the table. Please note: The apartment is not suitable for small children or people with disabilities as access is via an internal staircase to the first floor. Unfortunately, our accommodation is not suitable for pets. In order to ensure a pristine and allergen-free environment for all guests and to ensure the safety and comfort of the animals themselves, we unfortunately cannot accept pets. Thank you for your understanding. This is the ideal place for anyone who loves peace, relaxation, nature walks, cycling, paragliding and much more. Hammelburg is the oldest town in Franconia, also known as the “wine town”. Visit the Wine Museum, which is just three minutes away from us, near the square. Other attractions in the area include the Herrenmühle Museum and Saaleck Castle. Our holiday home is exclusively for relaxation. Hammelburg Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away and cafés, pizzerias and terraces can be reached in just 2 minutes. Our house is located in the historic center of Hammelburg, 20 km from Bad Kissingen, where the famous Kissalis thermal baths are located. The nearest airports are Frankfurt Airport (123 km) and Nuremberg Airport (144 km). Shops for daily needs such as Lidl, Müller, Tedi and Takko are only a 3-minute walk away. Free parking spaces are just five minutes away from the house. Guest access The entrance to the house is accessed via a code and is video-monitored.
