Welcome to our 60 m² apartment on the outskirts of Pirna! The apartment is just minutes from the historic center of Pirna and is an ideal starting point for countless activities in all directions, whether on foot, by bicycle, by car or boat. The apartment is equipped with smart home technology. Free parking, elevator, free Wi-Fi and trampoline are also provided. In addition, a projector, screen and sound system offer you a cinema experience. The space The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. This includes a pull-out bed for 2 people in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (with a mattress included) as an extra bed for up to 2 additional people. The table in the living room (with 4 chairs) can be used as a dining and game table. There is also a home theater system, a radio and a DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric stove, toaster, etc. In the bathroom, there are 2 sinks of different heights. The low-height sink is very suitable for wheelchair users. The shower wall can be swiveled in both directions to easily access the toilet bowl or shower with the wheelchair. The inclined mirror is also an infrared heater for winter months. The toilet bowl is a multifunctional toilet and has a contactless flush, automatic odor extraction, a warm air blower and a shower function with pure water for intimate areas or a ladies' shower. The water temperature, intensity and position of the shower jet for the intimate area can be individually adjusted on the remote control. The large balcony with seating (with herb plants for free use) offers plenty of space to linger and relax or for exciting game evenings. A large ceiling awning and a side awning protect against sunlight. In order to overcome the difference in height between the first floor and the garden, a lift is installed on the balcony for wheelchair users. Next to the balcony is a trampoline, which can be used for sports activities. In addition, a terrace oven is available for cozy warmth and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Several bike rentals are located in the immediate vicinity.
