It's walking distance to the beach, breweries, an 18-hole golf course and gorgeous coastal hiking. And it's just 20 minutes from downtown SF and 15 minutes to SFO airport. The space PARKING AND OUTDOOR There is free parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is free and easy. There is a private backyard with a hot tub and lounge seating. BED AND BATH First bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and twin XL trundle bed. Luxury Helix mattresses. LIVING, KITCHEN AND DINING There is a trundle bed in the living room with two twin beds. Kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you need to make a great meal. There's also a dedicated workspace. ENTERTAINMENT AND WORK Internet is 200+ mbps. Living room has 77 inch TV with offer cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime video. LAUNDRY In-unit washer and dryer available. GAME ROOM Off the living room, there's a game room with pop-a-shot, the Simpsons arcade game, a Wii and tons of toys. Free laundry is there too. FAMILIES For babies, we provide a pack'n'play and high chair. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and private backyard. Other things to note No parties and the group cannot use the hot tub after 10 PM due to noise issues. There is a unit above so you may hear people above you. Guests cannot bring more than the specified number of people. We live nearby and have picky neighbors so we thank you for your understanding :)
