A beautifully laid out 1400 sq. foot single-family single-story (no stairs) cottage home in award-winning Habersham available for short-term or longer stays. This 4-year-old home is Located just a few miles from downtown Beaufort and a short drive to Paris Island, and the Marine Corps Air Station. An easy drive to Savannah, Georgia, and Charleston, S.C. Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina are both close by. Prior approval of pets is required and will be charged manually if necessary. The space Our beautiful single-level home has both a front and rear entrance. Interior flooring consists of hardwood (hallway, dining room, and living room) carpet (both bedrooms), and tile (bathrooms). A fully equipped kitchen includes stools by a center island, plenty of counter space, and many cabinets. You will have access to the outside on a fully screened porch accessible via sliding doors plus an open patio. A BBQ is positioned on the open porch along with a fire pit. Near the front of the interior is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer accompanied by a work table and oversized sink.
