The living space is bright and airy, with large wood windows which open wide providing breathtaking views of the ocean. The bedroom is comfortable with king-sized bed and white linens. The villa's outdoor large terrace is perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the salty ocean breeze. This beachfront villa is the perfect vacation destination for couples. The space The villa boasts expansive living space and a large deck for taking in the stunning views of Koh Phangan. Conveniently located next to Lay Lagom, a local hot spot for food, cocktails and live music. Come, relax and unwind in this artsy beachfront villa, where every detail has been carefully crafted to create the unique escape. We have 2 villas they are newly renovated on Bang Por beach (next to each other). There is street parking right behind the villas if you decide to rent a car or motorbike during your stay. Plenty of local restaurants nearby including great retro cafe bar Lay Lagom for drinks & tapas next to the villas and you can order grab or food panda delivery easily. Also few minute walk on the beach we have many restaurant options including 7/11 / pharmacy and ATM. As our villas back onto the main road so some noise of cars passing by can be heard as well as ocean sounds as we are directly on the beach. Just wish to mention as most guests don’t mind but others can be light sleepers. As we are between two local restaurants / bars please note you can hear music at night and or on weekends during their events. Guest access 1 bedroom beach house Other things to note Every 7 + day booking receives a complimentary cleaning Extra services are Cleaning is 600 THB / time Linen change is 300 THB / bedroom Additional fees for 14 days + only Electric is paid per usage at 6 THB / kW only for long stays and Host will send start of meter and end for use of aircon during your stay. Any questions please ask ahead of time. As each guest uses electricity as per their desired temperature and aircon usage, however average usage is 200-300 THB / day and water is 100 THB per week.
