Small house on outskirts of Penrith, within easy access of shops and places to eat and very close to a small nature reserve. Access is by private road, which is also the C2C Sustrans cycle route between Whitehaven and Tyneside. Guests will share the house with the hostess, with use of kitchen and living space as desired. Comfortable accommodation, also suitable for longer stays. Well managed dogs welcome. Garage parking for bicycles and/or motorcycles. The space Guest room has kingsize bed. Private bathroom but not ensuite. Downstairs are kitchen, lounge and south-facing sunroom. Guest access Guests welcome to use kitchen and living areas downstairs.
