Please see House Rules below before booking! The space ***House Rules*** 1. Quiet Hours from 10 PM-8 AM outside; neighborhood is very quiet and voices carry easily. 2. No hot tub area after 10 PM. 3. Please do not book house to host events. 4. Max. 10 people at house at any one time. 5. Sorry, no cats (allergies!) Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire 2-story home, with spacious deck (includes dining set), covered patio (with games) and a hot tub area. The house area is fully fenced with property open. There are several access points to trails from the property and neighborhood, perfect for walking, hiking or mountain bike riding. Other things to note Mountain bike friendly home with access to hose to wash bikes or tools for minor repair.
