Ard'View-Durbuy is a luxury holiday home with an indoor swimming pool and a unique view over the valley. Durbuy is easily accessible via the Ravel cycling and walking paths (5 km) and offers all possibilities of restaurants, terraces, activities indoors and outdoors. After a refreshing dive in the indoor pool, or relax quietly in the infrared cabin, it is wonderful to relax on the terrace, which offers a unique panoramic view over the Famenne region and the Ourthe valley. The house is stylishly furnished with a large open living room with open kitchen, lounge and pool billiards. The living room overlooks the indoor pool and the unique view through the large windows. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons (double bed Queen size). Two bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a shower room. This property does not accept youth and male groups. After 10 pm absolute silence is required outside (electronic control). In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, the rental will be terminated immediately, without refund. Pets not allowed.
