A cosy holiday apartment with a view over the Curonian Lagoon. Designed for a comfortable family stay and will also be perfect for couples or a small group of friends. "Nida Home by Z-EDA" is more than a summer holiday home - it is a place where you are welcome all year round! The space 70 square meters’, 2-floor apartment with an impressive 24 square meters terrace with a view over the Curonian Lagoon is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. Additional sleeping place in the attic can be arranged for a child/teenager and a cot can be used for the baby without additional charge. There is a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, closet, and a balcony on the first floor of the apartment. On the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, separate bathroom and access to the stunning terrace. Guest access AMENITIES The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay. Each floor is equipped with air conditioner. In the kitchen you can make yourself at home and use the following: dishes, cutlery, spices, "Nespresso" coffee machine and "Bialetti Moka" pot, kettle, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and a freezer. Also, there is a water filter in the kitchen, so clean and delicious drinking water is guaranteed. Other amenities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryers. Go3 television and high-speed “Bitė” internet connection. Spits and grills for cooking the food in the yard barbecue (shared place). Private car parking in the yard. During the cold season, you will be able to use the fireplace and electric heaters. ULTRA AMENITIES A steam room, swimming pool (not heated) and a hot tub can be used during your stay without additional fee. These amenities can be accessed during the guest hours: • During the season: daily from 2pm to 6pm • Off season: Fridays-Sundays from 2pm to 6pm For tennis fans there is a tennis court in the yard! Tennis court is available daily from 9 am till 9pm. Reservation is needed and additional fee applies. Other things to note “Nida Home by Z-EDA” is located at Vetrunges st. 3/ ex. Purvynes st. 51 The Curonian Lagoon is just a couple of hundred meters away from the place. Baltic sea – 1.9 km away when travelling on the nearest path.
