The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (14 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly! The space This is a three bedroom one bathroom home. The third bedroom is an add-on from the attached carport laundry room. There is a separate door from the carport where you walk into the laundry room and then there is another door that leads into this room. This is also how you get to the backyard unless you use the side gate. This is great for families that would like a little more privacy, such as bringing the in-laws or another friend tagging along. The one bathroom is located in between the first and second bedroom inside the main part of the house. You do have to go through one of these rooms to get to the bathroom. Our home sleeps 7. We have it available for maximum 7 & baby (under 2 years) due to septic and sometimes people bring little ones that stay in a pack and play that people bring. 7 guests & baby is the maximum that we allow. We have 1 king bed (sleeps 2), 1 king with single trundle (sleeps 3), and 1 queen bed (sleeps 2). Guest access Mail- Please note that we do not have a key to the mail lockbox therefore any small packages that fit in the locked mailbox or any letters will not be able to be picked up at this location. If you do have mail that is needed we have properties next door that have capabilities to accept mail. Please reach out for information. Larger packages that are bigger than the mailbox are still able to be dropped at the door. If it is an item that is questionable on size, please check the mailbox size before sending. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. - Thank you! Other things to note 2 gravel parking places and 1 carport parking space available. There is a private drive to a separate back lot that is on the right side of the home with a wood gate in front. Please do not park in front of this gate so the back lot vehicles can get out. There are signs on the wood gate that state no parking. •This listing is priced for 5 guests (infants under 2 years are not included in this price). Additional guests after 5 are $25 per guest per night. Maximum capacity for this home is 7. If there are additional guests they must be discussed and approved. The guest count staying MUST match the guest count listed on Airbnb. No parties or events. If guest count exceeds 7 please advise for approval. 8 guests or more is considered a party or event. We do not allow parties or events. *** Please Note^^^The previous bunk bed in the second bedroom has been replaced due to damage. The room now features a comfortable king bed with a single trundle underneath, still accommodating up to three guests. Updated photos will be added shortly. Pets - The pet fee is $100 - this is good for up to 2 dogs. Additional pets must be disclosed and approved with additional pets fees. $50 per dog additional with approval. *DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE. **What to pack? •Around the house items: We provide starter toilet paper, starter paper towels, 2 laundry pods, starter trash bags, 1 bath towel per guest staying, starter single pod cup coffee (k-cups), vanilla creamer, starter regular ground coffee, and sweet n’ low. If you have a longer stay or go through items quickly these are items to think about adding to you pack or shopping list when in town. •We also provide a gas grill in the backyard (please keep in backyard and don’t take off property). Please check the propane tank prior to use. Tanks are guest filled as needed. •Beach items: We provide 1 beach cart, 1 cooler, & 4 beach towels. Additional items you may want to pack/purchase would be beach chairs, beach towels, another cooler if you need more space, sunscreen, aloe, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and beach games! •Game/Entertainment: We provide horse shoes in the back yard, guess who game, dominoes, and uno card game. Please keep games on the property. For the TV we provide our Netflix, Hulu, & Disney Plus accounts to use with high speed internet. Please keep these accounts logged in. If they are accidentally logged out please message me on the Airbnb messenger to get you logged back in. If you like other entertainment bring what you would like.
