The Two Story is a small house with loft. Downstairs is a kitchen, bath with shower, and living room. Upstairs is open loft with two double beds, 2 twin beds and table/chair nook. The space The space is a two story renovated shotgun house. Located on the perimeter of Pecan Grove RV Park. High speed Internet with large LG smart TV and WiFi. Guest access Guests will have access to fishing pier, boat launch, fish cleaning station. Other things to note We have an office open from 8-12 & 2-6 and call forwarding for after hour emergencies. This is is a rural area near farms and Lake Chicot. We do ask for 10 pm quite hours so all guests can enjoy a good night stay. We allow grilling in the grass area near cabins (please do not set grills on porches for obvious fire hazards)
