Kayaks and Paddle Board are available for free. There is car parking on the Villa driveway. Villa Guests and Apartment Guests have access to the Villa Pool Garden including swimming pool, hot tub, terrace, shower room, dining area and outdoor kitchen. Villa guests desiring exclusive use of these facilities should enquire if this is available when booking. A supplement can be paid when booking to confirm this option. Other things to note ROYAL BAY VILLA HAS THE HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR TOURISM ESTABLISHMENTS Depending on the dates of your booking, there may be others occupying Royal Bay Apartment, which is a bungalow on the property and adjacent to the Villa. You will be informed if this is the case. Note that you may also book the Villa and Apartment together when available. The Host may also be present in private, separated self-contained rooms on the ground floor of the villa. The gardener may also be present. CCTV operates in the outdoor areas of this property.
