Other things to note --------- IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: - Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house. Please do not smoke out of the window, as the odour is usually absorbed and sticks to the curtains and other textiles. During busy periods, it is then no longer possible to remove the odour and guests who move in after you may feel very disturbed, which would be detrimental to us. - We love four-legged friends and all dogs, cats and other pets are very welcome here. However, please ensure that the furniture remains unencumbered. Do not allow dogs on the bed, armchairs or couches. The removal of fur and dirt is always associated with an enormous effort. - There is a washing machine in the house, which can be used for a fee. However, please bear in mind that our cleaning lady has to do the laundry for the next guests at lunchtime. So please let us know if you want to wash something so that there are no blockages. - Stolberg is a health resort and most people come here to relax. So please do not have any parties and be considerate of your neighbours in terms of noise levels. - All flats have a Smart TV so that you can also watch films, series or the like. However, please ensure that you do not buy/rent any content via other accounts. - It is strictly forbidden to illegally stream or download films, series or other copyrighted content via the home Wi-Fi or to use file-sharing services such as UTorrent or similar. Streaming sites such as BurningSeries etc. are also file sharing sites where download and upload processes run in the background. It also makes no difference whether you use a VPN. If we receive a notice that copyrights have been infringed via our W-LAN, we reserve the right to pass on the personal data of the guests present at the time of the copyright infringement. All damages, expenses and additional costs arising from the violation of house rules will be charged accordingly.
