It has a bathroom with a walk in shower. Although the apartment is a one bedroom apartment, it can actually sleeps 4 guests using double sized pull down bed in living room. Set in a beautiful location only 5 meters from the sea shore with private gardens where you can sit and relax and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. It looks over to Loch Striven and The East Kyles. It is exactly a 1 mile leisurely stroll into Rothesay for an ice cream or catch one of our many pubs for a relaxing drink. You can walk 1 mile in the opposite direction and sit out at Port Bannatyne and watch the yachts bobbing in the water. There is a bus stop that can take you into town or to Port Bannatyne right outside the property.
