Bedroom 1 features a king bed with a full master bathroom. (Twin Roll away bed available under the king bed) Bedroom two has a single bed over top of a queen bed. (Pull out twin mattress available under the full bed) Full bath just around the corner adjacent to the kitchen. The open concept living, dining and kitchen have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything you need for cooking at home or ordering out is available! Walk out your front door to catch the shuttle to the Seven Springs Mountain resort less than 75 yards away. This beautiful ride will help you get into gear for an exciting day on the mountain. Go play a round on the world renowned Highlands Golf Club at Seven Springs or practice your aim shooting clays. Of course, it also takes you to all the winter action on the slopes! Looking to play tennis, swim or take the kids to the pool? All of this is within a walking distance of 150 yards and included in your stay! At the end of the day, enjoy unwinding to the sounds of nature from the back patio deck with your favorite beverage in hand. Guest access You will have unlimited access to the entire condo except for the owner's closet. You will also have access to the community swimming pool between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Seven Springs Mountain resort is a paid access resort open year round! FREE shuttle running to and from the resort. Release, Waiver of Negligence & Assumption of Risk By booking, entering, and occupying the property, the guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the home and its amenities, including but not limited to stairs, decks, fireplaces, grills, hot tubs, outdoor areas, weather conditions, and all interior and exterior features of the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the guest releases, waives, and discharges the property owner and property management company from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including those arising from the ordinary negligence of the owner or management, related to personal injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to personal property occurring during the stay. This release does not apply to acts of gross negligence or willful misconduct, where such limitation is prohibited by law. The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and management from any claims brought by members of the guest’s party or invitees arising from the guest’s stay. The guest accepts full responsibility for supervising all occupants and invitees and for using the property and its amenities in a safe and reasonable manner. Bodywash, Shampoo, Conditioner - Ready for use in each shower. Hand Soap by every bathroom sink in the house. A minimum of two rolls of toilet paper per toilet. The kitchen always comes with dish soap, cleaning supplies, hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags and paper towels. The laundry room is stocked and ready for use! Laundry soap included!
