While at Nothin But Views, you will enjoy panoramic views of Mount LeConte and the Great Smoky Mountains. Getting around is very easy from Legacy Mountain Resort. You can be in the Arts and Craft Community of Gatlinburg in no time. Or you can enjoy the Pigeon Forge Parkway and its many museums and eateries. But don't forget to schedule time at the cabin so you can sit on the decks and enjoy those Smoky Mountain Vistas. When you enter Nothin' But Views, you will be greeted by a full galley kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals except the food. The modern appliances and well laid out design of the galley style kitchen make mealtime an easy and enjoyable experience. As you round the corner out of the kitchen, you will be greeted by a gorgeous view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Why not enjoy your meal at the dining room table, which has seating for six, while taking in the vistas through one of the cabin's many large floor to ceiling glass windows. There are about 8 stairs to enter Nothn' But Views. Once inside, you will find everything you need all on one level. There is a kitchen, living room, dining room and king master suite on the main level. There is also a private king master suite on the lower level. There is a pull-out couch in the living room. Pull out couches have very thin mattresses so they can be folded back up into the sofa. So, we don't recommend for adults. There is a loft with two twin beds serving as a third bedroom. The loft is accessed by a sturdy staggered ladder. As adults our brains are programmed to think that ladders on a rung go straight across. So, it is hard to get used to. Younger people don't seem to have these issues. There is no closet space in the loft nor a bathroom. The two bathrooms in the cabin are accessed through the two king master suites. The cabin has many amenities for your entertainment. Downstairs you will find a great room with a pool table, air hockey, a 46" flat screen TV, a system with old school arcade games, an Xbox One and a Wii gaming system. The hot tub is on the lower-level deck. The cabin is equipped with large flat screen TVs in each king master suite and a blue ray DVD player in the living room. The living room also has a Bose System for your listening pleasure. If it's a relaxing vacation you are after, Nothin But Views can deliver. You can do as much in the area as you wish, or you can just spend your time on the decks overlooking those beautiful Smoky Mountains. This cabin is located on a dead end street which means less traffic and less distractions from your leisure time. If it is adventure you are after, Legacy Mountain Ziplines has the longest zip line in the country. They have a canopy tour which lasts around 2 1/2 hours. You will experience all 6 of Legacy Mountain Zipline's exciting zip lines that range from 450 to 3,400 feet long! When booking, please include your email address. Nothin' But Views can accommodate up to 8 people. However, the maximum number of adults is 6. We do allow exceptions. There is an additional person charge of $20.00 per night per adult over 6. Legacy Mountain Resort has an amenities center with a fireplace. There is no fire pit at the cabin. You are welcome to bring your own wood and have a fire up at the amenities center. A note about the preauthorization for the soft hold on your credit card for the security deposit. You will be required to put a credit card on file with our property management software. AirBnB does not give us your credit card information, so we will need this information. If you use a credit card, there will be a soft hold on your credit card. If you use a debit card, the amount will actually come out of your bank account and then be put back in when no damages or extra cleaning is needed. Your booking will not be confirmed until you put a credit card on file with our property management software for the soft hold security deposit. Please do this ASAP. The soft hold will go into effect the day prior to your stay and be released about 5 days after your departure if we find no additional cleaning or damages. Nothin' But Views is not pet friendly. Please note that emotional support animals are not covered by the ADA. Since there are other guests who will be utilizing the space after you, and we are concerned for their health and wellbeing due to potential allergies, we do request that you utilize one of our pet friendly cabins if you have an emotional support animal. "Nothin' But Views" has keyless access. We will be sending you a lot of emails about the cabin and the area. Please make sure we have the best email to use. Legacy Mountain Resort is approximately 13 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (utilizing the back roads to avoid traffic) and about 6 1/2 miles from Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge. Legacy Mountain Resort has an amenities center at the very top of the mountain. The view from up there is exceptional. You can enjoy a work out room, seasonal outdoor pool, sauna and steam room. Car Necessary The workmanship of the cabin includes luxuries such as: 1. Cathedral ceilings 2. Hard wood floors throughout 3. Cement Tile Floors in the kitchen and bathrooms 4. Tongue and groove walls and ceilings throughout 5. Two spacious decks 6. Hot tub overlooking one of the best views of the Smoky Mountains - May not be available during the summer months when our wells are at their lowest levels. It has never happened when the well level was so low that we had to ask our guests not use the hot tub before. But it could be a possibility even though it is not probable. 7. Jetted tub in lower level bedroom - May not be available during the summer months when our wells are at their lowest levels.
