This LUXURIOUS room is SPACIOUS and equipped with a kettle toaster m/wave & fridge. There is a DOUBLE bed desk 43' SMART TV WI-FI and access onto a NICE GARDEN There is PARKING on the driveway and for those travelling from afar there is an EV CHARGER on site which can be used at a cost of 45p PER KW. For bookings of 2 nights or more, there is a COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF RED WINE But if you would like something different please let me know and I will do my best to ACCOMODATE any requests. Look no further than this beautiful double room, located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk from Tuckton Tea Gardens and its picturesque river walks, 15 minutes walk into Christchurch town centre, 30 minutes walk from golden sandy beaches and a 10 minute drive to both Bournemouth town centre and the incredible New Forest. Offering a private En-Suite, which has been beautifully modernised, the room offers all the comforts one would expect from a top hotel such as a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and direct access onto a lovely garden which comes alive at night time with its beautiful fairy lights lighting up the space. There is a BBQ and chiminea which can be used free of charge but please do let us know if you wish to use these so we can stock up on wood and charcoal! The room has its own private access, so you can be sure of complete privacy although we do live on site so are able to answer any questions you might have about the room or local area. There is parking on the driveway and a EV charger can be used at a cost of 45p per KW. Towels and bed linen are provided, as are a small selection of coffees, teas, hot chocolate and milk. for nights of two nights or more, a complimentary bottle of red wine is provided, but if you would like something different, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any requests!
