The Oklahoma House is in the heart of Sulphur Ok. Just a few minutes away and you can hit all the local hot spots. Chickasaw National Recreational Area, The Casino, Local dinning & Shops, The Chickasaw Cultural Center, and more. This stylish home offers everything you need to enjoy your stay. The space The living room is stylish and spacious with a 50 inch smart t.v. There is plenty of seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed, t.v with ROKU and a Full bathroom The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, T.v. With ROKU. The office space has a large desk with chair, book shelf with a few games and books. And also a treadmill for your enjoyment. Our garage has a pool table, and the washer/dryer is located in its own room inside the garage. Other things to note Check in is at 4:00 p.m. or after, on the day of your arrival. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. We only allow up to 4 guests to stay, due to the sleeping arrangements. And only allow 1 (one) pet in our home WITH an extra fee of $30.00 Pet MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN! NO EXCEPTIONS. And MUST be on a leash when outside., and their waste properly discarded in pet baggies you provide. Failure to let us know about pet or any extra guests will be cause for immediate removal. We apologize for the harshness this may sound, but for some it is necessary they know these rules prior to coming. NO-ONE enjoys PET stains or smells. This home is in a neighborhood that is frequently patrolled by police. So know there is a very strict rule for NO ATV’S , fireworks, firearms, or any loud vehicles, or loud boisterous behavior of any kind. NO smoking IN THE HOME. We DO have a security system, “RING” but we turn it off after you arrive, and turn it back on at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, grilling utensils, etc.
