Beautiful family apartment designed and organized for the comfort of 8 people. Totally safe as it is inside the Marbella residential club. The building area has a swimming pool, green areas, and playgrounds for the whole family's recreation. -We are a 4 minute drive to the "Aguas Blancas" beach -We have two parking lots available at no cost. - Self check-in with QR during your entire stay. - Washer/dryer included as well. - 1 electric stove available The space The apartment has three bedrooms: - The main one has a super king size bed and a mini single-seat sofa bed - the second has a trundle bed and a single bed (sleeps 3 people) - the third has a bunk bed and a full bed. *All small beds are for one and a half people Guest access Access is autonomous with a unique QR code during the stay to enter the residential area. Other things to note - Price per night DOES NOT INCLUDE central heating, a photo is taken of the meter when you enter and when you leave and you are charged according to what you consume. - We have late check-out until 6:00 pm for $60,000 clp, subject to availability
