Luxury Holiday Cottage - Sleeps 4 With Hot Tub

Unwind at Walmur a cosy spacious cottage situated in the heart of a small village. Recently fully renovated but full of character featuring original oak beams and inglenook fireplace with woodburner (starter logs and kindling provided) Close to the market town of Barnstaple and the famous sandy beaches of North Devon and Exmoor / Dartmoor. Libbaton golf course and some great pubs nearby or just chill out in the 5 seater hot tub and enjoy a BBQ (bring your own charcoal) sat in the enclosed garden The space Walmur is a very well equipped cottage, there are 43 Inch smart HD TV s in the lounge and main bedroom and 32 Inch smart HD TV in the kitchen diner, there’s a DVD player in the lounge, some dvds in the drawer on the tv stand and board games under the lid of coffee table. Hair dryers In both bedrooms in the dressing tables. 5 seater hot tub with two lounger seats,fountain and mood lighting open 1st of March until the end of October. Festoon lights and flower bed lighting in garden. There is a BBQ at end of garden, please bring own charcoal and leave it as you found it for the next guests to enjoy. There is a clothes line on the fence in garden to hang washing / wetsuits . In the cupboard under the stairs you will find an Iron, ironing board, clothes stand, hoover and the recycling bins etc. There is a 4 seater rattan table and chairs in the garden, cushions for this are in cupboard at the top of the stairs please put the cushions back in the bags back in the cupboard to keep them clean ready for the next guests. The beds have memory foam mattresses and high quality fitted sheets please note the bedside lamps in the twin bedroom are touch sensitive so just touch the lamp base to turn on, there are also bath robes for each guest and beach towels provided. There is also a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling in the bathroom called a Lithe Audio BT2. The Nest controller for the gas central heating is found by the BT hub as you walk into the kitchen on your left if hot water gets low you can boost it on the nest. There is also electric underfloor heating in the kitchen, conservatory and downstairs toilet area each room with its own wall mounted heating controller panel. Guest access The main access is at the front of the property. There is free on street parking at the front of the property or other spaces close by but if not there is a small car park at the rear of the church. There is a small gate at the rear of the garden to to the left of the garage, if you turn right as you leave through this gate you will come to a well equipped Village Community Shop.
