Other things to note Early & Late Check-In/Out Requests Early Check-In: We recommend planning your trip with the standard check-in time of 3:00 PM in mind. If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll notify you promptly. Should you need guaranteed early access, you may consider booking the night before your stay—this is subject to availability. Please note that, unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. If another guest is checking out on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team will need sufficient time to thoroughly clean and prepare the space. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Late Check-Out: Due to the size and setup of the house, we are unable to accommodate late check-out requests unless the next guest is scheduled to arrive a day after your departure. If this condition is met, feel free to reach out two days before your check-out to confirm whether a late check-out is possible. No-Smoking Policy: It’s a strict 100% no-smoking policy. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all payments, and full liability for any associated costs, including fire department fees and potential damages. Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive private access to the entire house. Your door code will be provided on your arrival and after we complete the guest verification from our security camera at the front entrance. Please do not park your vehicle on our synthetic grass as it can caused damages due to heat and pressure. Linen colours may vary from the ones shown in the photos. If you prefer white linen, please request it at least one week prior to arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Portable cot and high chair Available upon request. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide linens or a mattress for the portacot. As baby skin can be sensitive to commercial detergents, we recommend bringing your own familiar linens and mattress to ensure your baby’s comfort. The portacot includes a padded base mat.
