Shared screened in porch that overlooks the playground/grilling area in the front. Shared gas fire pit & grill on the creekside. Fishing rods & bait supplied for those interested in fishing. Basketball & goal as well as a few yard games. Each unit also has it's own private outside area on the creek as well. I am local to the area and available for any of your needs. Horsing community in quite & relaxing creekside country setting. Plenty of on site parking. We are open to events. We can help as much or as little as needed with any events.
