This is a downstairs unit. Rental includes multiple shared amenities as well as a private creekside deck. Private entrance with keypad self check in. Beautiful creek views. Guest access Shared screened in porch that overlooks the playground/grilling area in the front. Shared gas fire pit & grill on the creekside. Fishing rods & bait supplied for those interested in fishing. Basketball & goal as well as a few yard games. Each unit also has it's own private outside area on the creek as well. Other things to note We are open to events. We can help as much or as little as needed with any events. Including but not limited to decorating, catering, photography, valet parking.
