Light & spacious double room with garden view (tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge & comfy bed). Parking available & use of beautiful garden with outside seating. Garage for bike/surfboard storage. Please ask if use of other facilities such as washing machine is required. Approx 15 min walk to Wadebridge with plenty of shops/restaurants & access to the famous Camel Trail. Short drive to lots of local beaches. Must be an animal lover as you’ll be sharing your stay with my dogs & cat. The space Modern semi detached home in residential area. Off street parking available - however this is on a sloped drive. There is plenty of on street parking available if guests prefer. Walkable distance to town however I am up a hill, so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Would advise that guests can drive as a lot of the best things nearby you would really need a car to visit. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom and outside space. Please aak if use of kitchen is required. During your stay I work from home most of the time so will usually be around for any questions and can be flexible if needed with arrival/departure times. Other things to note I have a cat and 2 small dogs who will want to say hello!
