House near station/town center with sauna

Enjoy a well equipped house in the heart of the city. You'll be within walking distance of all the city's attractions: TGV station, château, museums, parks, pedestrian zone... The space The house is typicall of Angers. It has 3 levels. So you'll have to use the stairs. Guest access This is our main accommodation, which we'll be dedicated to you in our absence. It's already very pleasant to live in, and we're counting on Airbnb rentals to make it even better :-) The living rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen with a large glass roof) are on the first floor. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Other things to note The house is equipped with an infrared sauna. Enjoy it responsibly. We allow 1 hour per day. A lot of students lives in Angers, and there are sometimes noisy parties in the city center, especially on Thursday nights. The house is double-glazed, and we provide earplugs for the more sensitive of you. Students generally leave the city at weekends and during vacation periods.
