Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #4509 is located on the 5th floor with direct Gulf and outdoor pool views and a large balcony with sitting areas. The living space offers cozy furniture, a flat screen TV, a quaint dining area, and a full service kitchen, all with a gulf view. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for added sleeping space. The master bedroom offers those same gorgeous gulf views, a King bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds and an adjacent hall bath. Enjoy the sunset, sunrise, or any other view of the day from the spacious, furnished balcony! If you enjoy the views from the condo for long, you'll soon be itching to get outside. Enjoy the luxurious resort amenities, as well as the prime beachfront location. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach. You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex. Other things to note * AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old. * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the guard shack and must be purchased upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may purchase the parking pass when they're open in the morning. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. * WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: The unit is set up for normal housekeeping, the unit will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. Please bring extras. * ABSOLUTELY NO PETS * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING * CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible. * CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day. * There will be construction around the complex occurring 9-5 daily from 7/30-11/30. You may hear drilling/grinding occasionally.
