The Sous les Toits room is located in the Maison d'à Côté, a warm and charming 1930s residence, completely renovated. It is next to ours, in the heart of Mont de Marsan, in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from restaurants and shops, ideal for business travelers or for a couple. The Maison d'à Côté has several bedrooms and bathrooms. The space The Sous les Toîts room is large and warm. It includes a queen size bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate 4 people, and a private bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. This room is located on the first floor of the house. Linens (towels and sheets) are not provided. If you wish, from 2 nights booked, we can provide you with linen for an extra €15 per bed. Guest access We'll be happy to welcome you and give you the keys directly. In the event that we are absent, a lockbox will allow you to access the house. You will have access to all common areas of the house: kitchen, dining room, living room and garden. You can meet other guests who will be staying at the same time as you.
