Cozy old building apartment

Welcome to our cozy apartment! Here you will be centrally located, yet quiet. Culture, good food, pubs, colorful hustle and bustle on the streets, green oases... Everything within easy reach. It is a classic unrenovated old building apartment, as it was still found in many corners of Leipzig a few years ago. The apartment is well appointed, has character and you can have a wonderful time here. The space Our apartment is nice and unique, but of course it also has its rough edges. Much is self-built, some things would have to be done or do not work properly. Please take note of this! Me and my two daughters are often on the road and offer our rooms during these periods. So you will not find an empty apartment, but a place where it is clear that a small family is living their everyday life here. It's a 3-room apartment. In the living room you can pull out a sofa on which one person (or two people who like each other) can sleep. Here you will also find a large table to pull out, which can accommodate up to eight people for a meal together or a game night. In the bedroom is a bed with a 1.40 m wide mattress. There is also room for two people here. In the door frame of the connecting door hangs a small swing for children. In the children's room, two people can also sleep on a 1.40 m wide mattress on the bunk bed (attention: narrow stairs up). There is a single bed mattress on the floor underneath. Up to three people can sleep here. There is also a small trampoline and a swing rope hanging from the ceiling. Children will find plenty of opportunities to romp around even on rainy days.
