Although the sound insulation of the windows is sufficient, it might be a bit of street noise in the bedrooms. - There is AC only in the living room. It affects all the rooms if you leave the doors open. - There is only one bathroom in the apartment might be a limitation for big groups. - Kitchen is rather small - Terrace of the building at the top is shared from 10:00 to 21:00 - Cleanliness of the bed linens and towels is one of our top priorities. Any stain (make up, nail polish, blood etc.) has to be specially cleaned with extra care. In the worst case if we are unable to remove those, they need to be thrown out and you might be charged for the cost of it. Please make sure to use them as it your own. GETTING AROUND: Right in the center of the city- Rıhtım. Many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc are within a couple minutes of walking distance - 5 min by walk to subway, ferries (for Prince Islands and European side) and transportation hub that 24h services the whole city. They are all cheap and easy to take you European Side and historical sightseeing places. - 5 minutes by walk to the seashore - 8-10 minutes by walk to Kadıköy fish bazaar - 8-10 minutes to main bus station where airport shuttle station is located Guest access You will enjoy the whole flat. Terrace is commonly used with the building between 10:00 - 21:30. Please pay attention to terrace rules. Most of the residents are international people.
