Lounge Against the Machine. This location is incredible with a park and great public transportation. This small bedroom is very is equipped with a large full size bed. This room has a shared bathroom. Clean bed sheets & towel will be provided. This is the place for you if you want a quiet place to recharge, but convenient location for with many exciting activities the Bay Area has to offer. (group & game booking; extended stay upon request) The space The space is a 3 bedroom house located within a 5 minute drive from the airport, 5 minutes from BART, 15 minutes from downtown Oakland. You would be staying in the smaller of the bedrooms. There's a spacious living room, full kitchen, and huge backyard if you'd like to take full access. In addition, don't be shy to take a few lemons to make some lemonade. Guest access You are welcome to use any of the indoor and backyard spaces! You will have access to the entire space (outside and inside), excluding the master bedroom. The shared areas are the living/dining area and the kitchen. Smoking is allowed in the large patio area of the backyard. Guests can also pick lemons from our Meyer lemon tree. Make yourself at home! During your stay The best mode of communication is via phone calls, text messages, or messaging through the Airbnb interface. My phone is faster than the app. I will be able to help you 24/7 throughout your stay. I love having guests, and my interaction-style really depends on the visitor. I can be social and helpful, or completely hands-off and invisible. I respect people's need for privacy. I am always available to share my experiences with local restaurants and culture in and around the area. Other things to note ***PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING*** 1. Please respect the home and neighbors 2. Please no shoes in the house (Designated Shoe Area) 3. No Smoking Indoors 4. No pets 5. No parties, events, large gatherings, etc. 6. Quiet hours between 10pm - 7:00 Sunday - Thursday; 11:30 - 7:00 Friday and Saturday 7. Please keep common areas orderly (kitchen & living room) 8. Before checking out, please place all dirty dishes in the sink (I will turn it on), all used towels in the hamper, and dispose of your trash in the garbage can outside.
