It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a spacious bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a balcony. There is a three-person bed, a single bed in the bedroom, and two 1.5-person sofa beds in the living room. All mattresses are custom made, firm and comfortable. *(Sofa beds are flat and firm, and have no metal bars or springs). The garden, gym, grill, and lawn are for guests' use. Yes, we offer private, secure, and off-street parking within our walled property. We are 1 km from the beach; we often walk (12 minutes); otherwise, we offer free bicycles for our guests. Taxis also know the house well and charge $1.50. Our neighborhood is very safe. Our president has a residence in the neighborhood and we see him pass by our house when he's here in town. If you arrive from Guayaquil or Cuenca, the CLP bus company will take you to our street. We are 750 meters from the Olón bus terminal. We're so sorry we don't accept pets. We have rescued pets who love people, but they are afraid of new animals. At first, our rentals allowed pets, but we were forced to change our policy. Thank you for your understanding.
