New Forest guest suite & hot tub

A 2 bedroom garden guest suite, with direct access onto the New Forest, and views towards Ibsley Common. The space is arranged with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge area, outside decked area and hot tub. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO KITCHEN, only facilities for drinks and light snacks. Located in the village of Mockbeggar, 5 minutes from Ringwood and 20 minutes to Salisbury and Bournemouth. Perfect for quiet, tranquil breaks. The space The guest suite rooms are located in the back garden of Forest Lodge house and comprises of 2 bedrooms, private bathroom and living space. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO KITCHEN, only facilities to make drinks and light snacks. The 2 bedrooms can be arranged either as 2 king beds, or 1 king and 2 single beds. The living area has two leather sofas and a gas fire, and there is an area to make drinks and table and chairs to sit at. The living area of the cabin opens out onto a private decked area with views up towards Ibsley common. There is a gate leading off the decked area straight out into the Forest. The hot tub, located in the back garden next to the decked area is available for use any time between 7am and 10pm every day and just shared with my family - we prioritise guests though! PLEASE NOTE There are no catering facilities in the cabin but you are welcome to prepare drinks and snacks and make use of the fridge, and bring along your own disposable BBQ. Dominos Pizza in Ringwood will also deliver to this address as do some restaurants on JustEat App. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and prosecco are provided on arrival. Guest access There is off road car parking for 1 car in front of Forest Corner house and the guest suite is set in the garden behind the house. There is further off road car parking 50 meters away. We are located on a tarmac lane - you won’t need to drive up any off road tracks to find us! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO KITCHEN. There are no catering facilities in the guest suite but you are welcome to prepare drinks and snacks and make use of the fridge, and bring along your own disposable BBQ. Please also note the cabin is located in a quiet semi-residential area and we kindly request guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
