This quaint french country 2 bedroom is located in a very quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from historic downtown Mariposa and 45 miles from Yosemite Falls. After exploring or hiking, you'll love soaking in the jetted spa bathtub. Park inside the garage, fire up the BBQ, and toss a salad in the large well-equipped kitchen. Super clean, newly remodeled, and all yours! The space This house is separate and private from all neighbors. The back deck and sunroom both overlook wooded acreage where you'll see wildlife like deer, turkeys, squirrels, and songbirds. The living room has a large flatscreen TV you can turn to watch from the kitchen and dining area too. One bedroom also has a TV. The other bedroom has a comfortable murphy bed with a drawn curtain for privacy. The bathroom has a shower, jetted tub, and private commode. This place is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a family of 4. Guest access You may park your car or motorcycle securely inside the single-car garage. Outside parking can easily accommodate 3 vehicles. There are just 3 steps to enter the house from the porch or the inside garage door to the kitchen. You may take your morning walk thru the neighborhood or explore downtown Mariposa. There is plenty of free parking all over. No parking meters in the mountains! Other things to note We are very easy to reach by phone and we enjoy it when guests ask questions during their stay.
