Nature's Nook - Riverside Norfolk Broads

Our quirky rivers edge holiday lodge features a timber interior and boasts a prime position on the River Yare. Nature’s Nook is in an excellent location, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, perfect for fishing breaks. Wildlife enthusiasts will love watching the river activity and the sunsets are incredible! The double doors open out to a veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the waters’ edge. Moor your own or hired boat right outside your cosy holiday lodge! The space Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Double Bed Bedroom 2 – Bunk Bed with single bed over small (4ft) double. Bed linen provided. Bathrooms Bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying. Starter toilet roll is provided. Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Full kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials. Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface cleaner, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll are provided. Lounge area with Smart TV & Dining area seating up to 5 guests. The double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture, outdoor sofa and decking down to the rivers’ edge. Mooring and Parking Private quay headed mooring. Please advise if you are bringing a boat and need use of the slipway. Private Parking x 1 car. Additional parking is available at our marina just down the road and free of charge to residents – please request. Dog friendly holidays Our lodges are dog friendly, we charge £30 per pet. Maximum 2 dogs. Please request 2nd dog with us directly. Guest access The whole property and decking (access to river from decking - unfenced). Private quay headed mooring. Other things to note *****Road maintenance on Riverside Estate will be taking place on Monday 19th May 2025 this may take up to two days to roadway between numbers 42 and 52 is the area work will be concentrated on apart from filling in potholes on other parts of the road. There will be disruption but Anglia Roadways will do their best to accommodate those entering and exiting this part of Riverside as best they can.***** Electricity and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair - Please request. Shed with fish bait fridge and 2 x recliner sun loungers. Fishing is permitted in open season only and a rod permit is required. Please note that there is unfenced deep water at the end of the decking.
