Home in Messery

Charming house with small terrace in the heart of the village of Messery. Close to all amenities, just a few meters away (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurant...). Free parking is available in front of the house. The lake is about a 5-minute walk away. The house is located 5 minutes' drive from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from the Swiss border, 30 minutes from Geneva and 1 hour from Annecy city center. The first ski resorts are approx. 40 min. away. The space The house consists of 3 floors. Ground floor: Living room – Kitchen 1st floor: Bathroom + toilet – Master bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a desk 2nd floor: Attic bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 + a sofa bed 160 x 200 (real mattress) The property has baby amenities (crib, highchair, bathtub) upon request. For safety and logistical reasons the wood stove is not in operation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note The master bedroom bed 140 x 190 as well as the 2 small beds 90 x 190 will be systematically prepared and the sofa bed 160 x 200 will be prepared on request.
