Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the village center with cafés, restaurants, and shops. The nearest beach is only a 13-minute drive, and the airport is a 16-minute drive away. Our contemporary villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide complete privacy in its outdoor spaces. Whether you're relaxing, sunbathing, or dining, you’ll be treated to an incredible 180° view. While the northern corners of the terrace offer glimpses of the sea, the exterior areas face north and east, giving you stunning views of a vast valley and mountains, bathed in sunlight all day long. Spanning 190m² over two levels, the villa features everything you need for a luxurious stay. The ground floor hosts a cozy lounge area with a 55" Smart TV, satellite channels, and Netflix. There's a large sofa, an armchair, and a coffee table, along with wide, wall-to-wall patio doors that open onto a spacious terrace, the front garden, and a BBQ area. Just a few steps away is the kitchen, designed for functionality with a large dining table perfect for family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for preparing big meals, including an oven, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. There’s plenty of cookware, serving utensils, and wine glasses, plus a large countertop space and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. 🌿 The upper floor is accessible by stairs, where you’ll find the bedrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs, and all bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds featuring anatomic mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows. The cotton-satin bed linens and towels provide a luxurious touch, and large windows allow for natural light to fill the rooms. One bedroom has its own private patio door leading out to a veranda with stunning 180° views over the village and countryside. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace in each room, along with built-in closets, a hairdryer, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening rollers for a restful night’s sleep. A crib and highchair are available for younger guests. The villa also includes two bathrooms, one on each floor, both equipped with showers, while the master bath also features a bathtub. A utility room on the upper floor contains a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Feel free to explore it and use its facilities as you would in your own place.
