NOT across the street. You have swimming/beach lake access and dock access at the easement-200ft down the road- PLEASE DO NOT GO ONTO NEIGHBORS PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET OR ONTO THE DOCK). Sunrise Park is a quiet residential neighborhood. Located just off Grand River it is central to shopping/highways etc. There is a nearby corner store for ice, snacks, drinks, propane etc.- easily walkable from the home. There is enough room for about 2 cars in the driveway. We recommend having your own vehicle as the area is not the best for ride-share services. We do have a private driver's number available upon request. Lawn Mowing Company comes end of week: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (Weather depending) 2024 Lake Treatment Schedule: 5/13,6/17,7/22,8/19 (Watch for yellow signs- will depict the treatment used and any restrictions- Typically 1 day for swimming)- Contact us if you would like the official letter.
