Nice Apartment in Athens center

Freshly (Spring 2022) renovated apartment in Neos Kosmos area. It is located on the raised ground floor, approximately 10 steps over the street level. The space The apartment consists of the living room, which accommodates an open kitchen and a bedroom. Both rooms are air conditioned. Sleeping arrangement is: Double bed in the bedroom (160x200) and a convertible sofa in the living room, also becomes 160x200 bed when opened. Guest access Once you are my guests, the apartment is fully yours. You can use kitchen, bathroom, fridge, iron, washer and basically everything inside without any limits. Towels, soap, washing powder and other essentials are provided. Other things to note On Saturdays there is a traditional Greek street market couple of blocks away It's getting full of kiosks selling fruits and vegetables in the first part of the day and then everything disappears after 3 pm.
