This upstairs 2-bedroom unit is set up with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With air conditioning and fans in all rooms, a northerly aspect with a view, and plenty of parking for large vehicles, you'll be able to unwind and make the most of your stay. Dog-friendly upon approval and payment. The space This is one half of a duplex, located on the right hand side. With a conventional 2-bedroom unit floor plan, this unit has been renovated with new furniture to ensure a comfortable stay. The main bedroom can be booked as a king bed or two singles, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards, reverse cycle air conditioning, fans, and a charging station for multiple devices. Please see our Guest access regarding the number of included rooms in your rate The living area is spacious and airy, with security screens on the front and back doors to let in the ocean cross-breezes. There's also reverse cycle air conditioning and a fan to keep you cool. Relax on the full-size lounge and enjoy the 55-inch smart TV, or sit down for a meal at the 4-seater dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric upright stove, microwave, and all your basic kitchen utensils. There's plenty of storage space underneath in the oversized laundry and single garage, making this unit perfect for longer stays. Guest access We offer discounted pricing for smaller groups, so the nightly rate and available bedrooms will be dependant on how many guests are noted on your reservation request. Additional rooms can be made available on request, at a rate of $25/per room, per night. Please find the base room inclusions below; > 1-2 Guests includes access to 1 bedroom > 3-4 Guests includes access to 2 bedrooms Once you send your request we will confirm your room and bed requirements before approving the booking. Guests will have full access to the listing (Kitchen, lounge, laundry, Bathroom, garage/carport) excluding the locked rooms (bedrooms, storage cupboards/areas). We would also like to advise that the unused bedrooms are NOT available to be booked by separate reservations, and will remain empty unless access is requested by your group. We are also able to arrange pricing on a per night basis if the number of guests or required rooms will change throughout the stay (e.g. 2 nights booked at 1 guest 1 bedroom rate, then 4 nights at a 3 guest 3 bedroom rate etc.) Please let us know if you any questions or would like further clarification. Other things to note If an unapproved pet is found on premises a minimum of $150/night fee will apply. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days. Extras included: - The beds in our listing are made up with fresh quality commercial linen, including 1x bath towel per guest booked on the bed. - We stock our bathrooms with Fresh Commercial linen which includes a Hand Towel, Bathmat and Facewasher in each bathroom + 2x Soap bars and 2x Travel-sized Shampoo and Conditioner bottles. - Our Kitchen is equipped with basic Cookware, Kitchen Utensils, Cutlery, & Crockery for meal prep - We also provide a small supply of complimentary items such as tea, coffee, sugar, Milk, etc. - We supply 2x Laundry detergent sachets, 2x Toilet paper Rolls and soap to help you settle in for your first few days - The listing is connected to NBN Internet with Complimentary Wi-Fi for guests free of charge - We also ask guests to clean up and dispose of any pet waste during their stay. A $50 fee applies if pet waste is not picked up and disposed of properly. - To help us maintain the quality and condition of our beautiful timber floors, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing high heels, cleats, or any spiked footwear inside the property and please avoid dragging heavy furniture or luggage across the floor, lift items instead where possible.  We also ask if you can Wipe up any spills immediately to prevent staining or damage to the timber.  - We also ask guests to clean up and dispose of any pet waste during their stay.
