You'll love this home because of the coziness and location! Not only easy access to I-5 but close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Our three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, only about 2.5 miles away from Albany General Hospital, and close to Albany's historic downtown. Corvallis, which is home of Oregon State University and sporting events is also about 30 mins away. The space Our home has charm with its original 1950s hardwood floors through out and furnished with farmhouse and mid century modern furniture. The front door has a security storm door so you can leave it open for light or a nice cool breeze in the fall. A window A/C unit in the living room is included for the warm months. All utilities are included along with a smart TV in the living room, comfy furnishings, and linens. The kitchen was recently updated with a new white subway tile backsplash and marble vinyl tile flooring. It's fully equipped for cooking as we supply all the pots/pans, dishware, utensils, and some appliances including a coffee pot, toaster oven, rice cooker, crock pot, and waffle maker. The kitchen table can seat four guests. Two additional bar stools can be found in the garage. The living room has a comfy recliner couch, two chairs, a smart TV and beautiful built-ins where you can locate some games and puzzles. The main bathroom has a tub/shower. The master bedroom is furnished with two nightstands, lamps, dresser, a queen bed, blackout curtains and closet with plenty of storage. A half bath is also located in the master. The second bedroom is furnished with a dresser, closet and twin bed. The third bedroom can be used as an office with the hid-a-way desk or easily be converted into a third bedroom with the futon and included sheets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with remotes. Enjoy the beautiful four seasons in the Pacific Northwest in our peaceful, relaxing private yard. The fully fenced backyard includes a covered patio, sitting area with a patio table and two chairs, and seven raised garden beds with the option to do gardening if desired in the right season. When in season, you'll find established marionberry bushes, blueberry bushes and edible grapes growing along the fence. The backyard is also perfect for letting your four-legged friends play. Its truly a dream! We will provide yard maintenance during all stays. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including the three bedrooms and 1.5 bath, driveway, garage, front and back yards. Parking in the garage is prohibited. Other things to note -Maximum Vehicles= 3 -Maximum Guests= 4 -Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited. -The attic is prohibited from use. -Events, commercial photography and filming are all prohibited during your stay.
