Centrally located Casita in Quiet Neighborhood

Recently built guest house with plenty of parking on 1.5 acres. Centrally located with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants: 7 miles from Randolph Air Force Base, 12 miles from New Braunfels and 15 miles from downtown San Antonio. We live in the main house in front of the guest house. The swimming pool and bbq grill is shared with us. The security cameras cover the driveway and the pool areas. The space A little bit of country with all of the city amenities. You'll park steps from the front door for easy access to the casita. The casita has a full kitchen so you can prepare your meal or go to one of the many restaurants with-in 3 miles. The casita has a queen bed in the bedroom and a Twin XL murphy bed in the living area. There are air mattresses available if needed for additional guests. Guest access You will have dedicated access to our guest house with full kitchen and a large porch for relaxing. The pool area will be shared with the owners.
