Find the Mediterranean atmosphere of southern France. 3 minutes from the beach by car and 15 minutes by bike, via the vineyard paths. Perfect for outdoor activities such as swimming, hiking and biking or deckchair. Close to small typical villages with markets and festivities. Perfect for good times with family or friends. The space Nice 100 m2 single-story townhouse, equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave and traditional oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and more to meet all your needs. The house is also air-conditioned and heated, with a spacious kitchen opening onto a very large living room. The bedrooms are of beautiful sizes with a queen size bed, 2 single beds and a 2-seater sofa bed, i.e. six beds and a small seventh if needed in a baby crib. Sheets and towels are provided. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and a large bathroom with bathtub for optimal comfort. Great place for families or a vacation with friends. Pets are also welcome. See guest access section for more details. A large terrace overlooks the private garden of approximately 300 m2 where lounge chairs, barbecue and large table await you to relax. From this terrace you also have an unobstructed view of the wooded land and part of the adjoining parking lot. You can also enjoy Android Smart TV with Internet access and access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube using your personal subscription access codes. Wi-Fi… of course. Guest access Easy access and parking in front of the accommodation. You access the accommodation through an electric gate that closes a 3000 m2 wooded plot. Your house has a private enclosed garden of about 300 m2 planned for you. Only access through the gate is shared with the adjoining part. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential area not overlooked on a large plot, 200 m from the railway track (moderate noise pollution). The house is elevated 4 steps from the garden. The view beyond the natural wood fence, delimiting the garden, overlooks a plot planted with olive trees and cypresses on a grassy plot. Some vehicles are parked on the ground next to your garden. The house is equipped with a Verisure security and camera system, ensuring total peace of mind day or night.
