Guest access Guests have access to 3 bedrooms ( 2 on the first floor & 1 on second floor), plus library/daybed nook, kitchen, living room,front porch with seating (seasonal) and backyard(seasonal). Other things to note . - Guests must have all 5* reviews from other Airbnb hosts. -Refundable deposit required to cover additional online purchases, extra cleaning if required . or damages. - No events, parties or large gatherings are allowed. - Must be at least 30 years old or accompanied by parent. - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Guests must provide gov. photo ID , required when reservation is confirmed. - Guests will be charged extra for damages or if extra cleaning required. - No smoking on property - To show respect for our neighbors please observe outside quiet hours from 8 PM to 8AM. - If policies are not adhered to, guests will be required to leave the premises and no refund will be issued. - Smart tv available. Any purchases through tv will be charged to customer. Please feel free to use your login to use your favorite streaming app. - 2 to 3 car parking available in driveway . Driveway availability depending on snow conditions Host is not responsible for driveway accessibility. - If guests are booking a stay during winter months , it is advisable to take out travel insurance. Host is not responsible for guest canceling stay due to winter weather conditions or when commercial plow arrives. Property has a commercial shoveling service that shovels driveway and front sidewalk per storm. Host has no control of when plow operator arrives. Host also provides shovel and snow melt if needed before plow arrives. No additional guests allowed.
