The block is quiet, and the hustle and bustle of Kallio does not disturb, even though bars, cafes, the subway and tram are just around the corner. Beautiful and spacious views over the roofs. The house has a small elevator. The space 21 sqm studio with a 140 cm wide loft and sofa bed, as well as a dining table, armchair and desk. Small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The shower area separated by a shower curtain is small but does the job. Open kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and cooking utensils. Note: no oven. The apartment has a washing machine, blackout curtains and Wi-Fi. The apartment does not get hot even in summer, because the windows are to the north.
