There is an allocated parking space to the rear of the property for a small to medium sized car due to access. The space Kitchen Area - A gorgeous fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary essentials you may need during your stay. A fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. We provide a tea towel, washing up liquid and sponges for your stay. Dining Room - A lovely space for meals. Dining table to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Living Area - A cosy and stylish living area with a smart TV and a two seater sofa. This space is perfect for some rest and relaxing during your stay. Bedrooms - There are two generous sized bedrooms in this property. Both offer a double bed for a great nights sleep. We offer fresh linen and towels for your stay. Bathrooms - Upstairs there is a calming bathroom here offering a standalone shower, free standing bath, hand basin and toilet. Downstairs there is an additional wc and hand basin. Quorn Village is a 30minute walk from the property which offers more pubs, restaurants and shops. The property is located 5 miles from Loughborough university. Leicester tigers ground can be reached in around 20 mins by car and Leicester cricket ground in around 30 mins. There is a bus stop right outside and the nearest train station is Sileby, around a 5 minute drive away. The nearest supermarkets are: Waitrose 0.5miles, Co-op 0.9 miles and Aldi 2.8 miles. Guest access You will have access to the entire space. Keys for the property can be accessed via a lockbox near the front door. Other things to note The property dosent come with stair gates or high chairs etc. Please bear this in mind when booking with young children.
