The space It is a cozy, country-style home that is equipped with all modern conveniences. The use of natural colors and materials gives the home a sense of tranquility. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with an open kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven/microwave, and electrical appliances such as a toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, filter coffee machine, Senseo, etc. The bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, drying rack, iron/ironing board can also be found on the ground floor. The living room has a seating area with a comfortable 4-seater sofa, coffee table, and television. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the house, and the code can be found in the information folder in the home. On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can also be pushed together. The beds will be freshly made up for you! The house is child-friendly, with a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs, a crib (with baby monitor), and a high chair available. In addition, there are games and other toys for children of various ages. In the pantry, you will find a vacuum cleaner, broom, and other practical items. Kitchen linens are provided, and we also provide dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, coffee, tea with sugar, and milk for the first few days. A filled salt and pepper mill and hand soap are available. At the level of the kitchen, there are two French doors leading to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors at the bar table and comfortably use the barbecue. The beautifully landscaped garden features a terrace with a large garden table and six chairs. There is also a pond with a fountain, two sun loungers, a hammock, a sandbox, and as the cherry on top, a wood-fired hot tub, sauna, and a trampoline for the kids. The sauna is located in the garden shed, where you can also find garden cushions and outdoor toys. For the little ones, there is a small slide, a tractor, and a balance bike for even more fun. We also have a large private parking area, the garden is fully fenced, and the driveway is secured with double gates that can be locked. There is plenty of space for a car and a trailer or fishing boat. Guest access The entire house is available and has two floors. Around the house is a spacious private garden and private parking for several cars. The garden is completely enclosed so ideal for small children. Other things to note (Bath and bed linen is mandatory to book) The tourist tax on the island of Goeree Overflakkee is €1.50 per person per night. Shortly before your stay you will receive a payment request for this or it can be paid in cash on arrival.
