Your stylish Longmont retreat awaits! This 2-bed, 1-bath suite offers a dedicated workspace, Roku TV, fridge, & microwave, ensuring a comfortably memorable Colorado visit. Enjoy the private backyard for your morning coffee or evening unwind. Walk to vibrant local dining, charming park w frisbee golf & serene pond. Perfectly situated for exploration with Rocky Mountain National Park (45 min), Boulder (20 min), and Denver (45-50 min) just a short drive away. Downtown Longmont is only 5 minutes. The space Guest area with private entrance from the main house. Street parking 🅿️ available or park in the back by the shed (access through the alleyway). Guest access Guests are welcome to use the chairs in the back area to enjoy some quality time outside. Firepit on winter months. Other things to note Hairdryer and other bathroom amenities are in the mirror cabinet in the bathroom. Please note that the suite DOES NOT have a full kitchen. The kitchen upstairs (shared with hosts) is ONLY for long-term stays. There are a couple of different settings for the fan lights. If you want the full lights just keep pulling the chord. It has 3 lights settings. The grey lamp in one of the rooms is on by a simple touch or by the switch. It also has a couple of settings to adjust brightness. Please turn the AC off while not in use.
