Double room in a 4-star vacation home

Welcome to the 4-star holiday home Villa Thea in the Bavarian Rhön. There are 4.5 bedrooms. Here you rent the courtyard room on the upper floor with shared use of bathroom, kitchen, living room (with smart TV) and garden with sun loungers, gas grill and pool. The room offers: 1 double bed (180 x 200 or 2 single beds), blankets 155 x 220, blackout roller blind, Wi-Fi and basic amenities. The 4-star house with 4.5 bedrooms has recently been completely renovated, comfortably furnished and is very quiet. The space Villa Thea is a spacious vacation home from the 1960s, completely renovated in 2023 and now with a lot of comfort. Wood, nature and white offer a simple and beautiful ambience, in contrast to the colorful Rhön nature all around. The common areas can also be used by other guests. Guest access You rent a room here for your own use. The remaining rooms in the house and outside can also be used by other guests. During your stay We hosts live a few houses away. I am best reached by phone. A little patience always comes my way - in the country the clocks tick a little slower and I don't always have my cell phone with me. Other things to note Consideration and respect for everyone and everything - other guests and we as hosts are happy about this. Help save energy and waste, and live sustainably on vacation. If something is missing, a quick call is the fastest way. The common areas are cleaned weekly, so we ask each guest to leave them clean. We'll run the dishwasher when it's full.
